Some of us isolate ourselves as we recharge and not everyone will understand.
It is okay to spend some time alone for a while, but come back well soon! But you must remember don't be too hard on yourself. Think about how far you have come and how far you come. Things you thought you couldn’t handle, you can handle!!
Remember that certain people who have hurt you don’t deserve you. Remember to celebrate yourself, reward yourself, and congratulate yourself.
