Day Of Silence~

Today the world stops for a moment. The sounds that usually echo in the air are now silent. This is the Day of Silence, a day that invites us to reflect on ourselves and appreciate silence. A day where everything stops. No cars. No motorbikes. No lights. No sound.  However, this silence isn't just about the world becoming silent for a day. It is about what happens inside when everything outside becomes silent. Silence feels uncomfortable at first. When the distractions disappear, the mind becomes louder. Thoughts become deeper and unresolved emotions are instantly forgotten. We always spend most of our lives running from noisy places. Filling it with sounds, shouts, with work, with tasks, with non-stop movement.  But today, the world is so quiet, the morning is so bright, the sun rises softly, emitting a warm golden light. However, there is no sound of birds chirping, as if following the rhythm of the world that has become silent, there is no roar of vehicle engines, there are...

About Women's Rights~

Image
There are so many things on my mind right now, am I the only one who thinks like this or do other people have the same thoughts but don't express them? I just want to tell and express my thoughts and feelings about the role of women in married life and even their rights as women and how they face the various challenges of life that they live. I don't mean to question my natural nature as a woman or complain about everything, but this is part of my experience and thoughts that I want to share here without siding with a particular gender. For example, why do women have to menstruate every month? According to medical science, menstruation is a natural cleansing process that occurs every month as part of the reproductive cycle. But however, isn't always bad; sometimes it motivating you to learn and become a better version of yourself, you gain lot of experience when you meet someone who picky one, you gain valuable experience and insight you truly what you want in life and you can take advantage of that to improve yourself. One of the most significant lessons I've learned from this journey is that life doesn't always go as planned. Unwanted feelings and emotions can arise, leaving you feeling overwhelmed and vulnerable. But it's essential to remember that these feelings aren't your fault,  and nor the other person's fault either. You have the power to choose what you want and the other person has the same freedom to choose. As I reflect on this journey, I'm reminded of the importance of being wise and taking the best lessons from ev...

About to manage emotional intelligence.

Image
Emotional intelligence is more crucial than ever in today's digital age, where we spend a significant amount of time online and on social media. The pandemic has drastically changed our lives, causing emotional, mental, and physical challenges. The world witnessed a drastic decline in population, reminiscent of Thanos' infamous snap. It was a terrifying time for humanity. xx However, there are valuable lessons to be learned from the struggles of those who survived. As a former patient who spent a month in the hospital, I witnessed many people come and go, but this time, their departures were dramatic and so painful. I was in a transparent room like an aquarium, watching COVID-19 patients die before my eyes. It was devastating for those who witnessed it. That year taught me many valuable lessons about resilience, emotional management, and stabilizing my immune system. I had to reset my brain, which had changed so suddenly, and adapt to a new normal. It was essential to learn how...
